I think if you want to control both with the same remote and have them be the same color, you have to stick with the same brand kit. And if you have 2 of the same kits, I am not sure if you can control them separate.

One control can control up to 30 different sprips/bulbs/etc. I just got my first two last month and I just got two of the starter kit but my remote controls both and I still have extra remote. But they really are amazing!

You know the line on the controller ekth the subtraction symbol on it you’re suppose to click on it and it should reset it back to white

I bought the same set a while ago I like it a lot and I got my sister a set for Xmas and myself a 16.4 ft led light strip from the same make and in the instructions it says I can pair my two light strips to one remote but it didn’t work so far... can you make a video on how to do that please

From the instructions. To pair led strips or led light bulbs to another remote, simply unplug and replug back in the led strip or lamp to power and WITHIN FIVE SECONDS of plugging back into power, press and hold the "speed+" until the lights blink three times.

Well if you have the pins backwards they wount light . Spin them anround and they work . Ps helps if you plug them into an powered usb port

I cant control mine at all with the remote. I can't turn it on or off unless I unplug it and plug it back in. But even then it is just stuck on the one color.

@@nandooo7833 It all depends on the synchronization when you link up an extra remote, but mainly one remote changes all led lights synced with it. Sorry for late response..

How the hell do you plug the strip in,I got the kit and I can use the bulb bit it doesn't come with any way top use the strip, not even a usb plug. Bad product, maybe if they'd said make sure to buy this plug or what ever then the person dont get something home and find out it's useless until they nagle another hour round trip bk to the store to get what should of come with the product in the first place. All I can say is buy cheap you get cheap products. Last time I'll buy from monster
