Me and my brother discussed this yesterday. I'm a retired electrical engineer and a seventh generation Slavic family organic farmer. I guess I'm about as prepared as anyone. I've collected seeds and hand farm tools for decades, and only grow heirloom plants, so I am prepared to help my community. I tried to get them on board before, but they are the grasshoppers in the Ant and grasshopper equation. People have to fall first to get it. So be it. My great grandfather prepared us for hard times, he went through it in Russia before, so I have that advantage of family experience.

Hey we just had tornados and severe weather in huntsville Alabama and I tell you I've never seen lighting like the other night, it wasn't coming down and it was like spider webs through the sky..very strange and it last forever .

Not such a big deal when you light with bees wax, heat and cook with wood, and salt and dry your meats and vegetables. I'm in the 3rd world, so some of this isn't going to make a lick of difference to probably 100 million people or more, but its been frigging 37C here lately, and my DNA is cut from a cloth better adapted to plus 26 to minus 26 Celsius, and custom tailored with electronic climate control to smooth out the discomfort of anything that isn't 21C. Let's hope this weekend is a nothing burger.

Fascinating Ken. The effect of sunspots on consciousness and the brain is a subject seldom discussed. Also weather, climate. Apparently sunspot activity follows cycles of varying duration. Solar winds must be a very powerful force. Thank you for the heads up!

Went down to Home Depot and bought a couple of galvanized steel trash cans with tight fitting lids. They work pretty well as Faraday Cages. I will store critical electronic devices such as cell phones, SW radio, inverters, battery chargers etc. I was a Boy Scout and the ‘Be Prepared’ motto was embedded in my brain.

12:40 to 12:45 DST Southern California, using a #10 welding lens observed what may have been a sun spot at what might be considered 4 o’clock on the dial.

I’ve had to take the day off work due to abnormal excessive queasiness, followed by bowel movements… just hearing about this now and have reason to believe it is relative to this phenomena

I could see the sunspot while the sun was setting last night. I thought a ship was in front of the sun way out in the distance but there wasn’t

In triad area of NC, it's heavy overcast but, very windy. Kinda struck me odd. No big temperature change coming and really windy. Made me wonder what was going on. Myself, I slept decent last night but, extremely tired today for some reason. Weird things....

I'm in Texas Im using wifi and hardly have any bars. I have two bars on my 5G phone just turned off my wifi. Down to 4G now. Houston texas yesterday and you can verify this, eerily cloudy but weird this made youtube houston news. The fires in Hawaii, major CME happened that same week and NASA issued warning for radio blackouts in the west. Hawaii suffered those fires within 24 hrs.

@@baldbutton1983 I knew we could be physically and mentally effected by them, but everyone is different, I didn't know exactly how it would effect me, I knew in a moment what it was though.
