2 ways: If you are going to do the Desert Segment just use om0 call during the mission (release the call after enter the marker then wait to load the cutscene press f once is loaded then you can move to the monster truck during the cutscene and when you are in the monster just skip the cutscene, then the monster will be unstuck to the other ones).
