keep the soil moist, don't overwater it.... mist the plant to give it humidity, as it a growing season it will grow

Hi! I need some suggestions please help. I am a newbie and this is my second monstera. My first mini monstera had similar issue so I have left it at the nursery requesting them to fix it. Now, I bought this plant - adansonii well planted in a pot along with coir stick from a nursery last weekend and was told by them to keep it in a cool place for 2 weeks (so that the plant doesn't get a change in temperature shock) and later shift to a different room and also to water it only on every alternate day and that too only 250 ml. I have kept it in my bedroom that has AC.. I initially watered it only every alternate day but now am observing that the soil is getting dry every day so am watering only 250 ml every day but still the leaves are starting to turn yellow. Is it because of the ac. I live in kochi - kerala and its quite humid here these days. Please please advise 🙏😭

keep it in a little partial light, not in direct sunlight, spray the leaves with water after every 2-3 hours so it can be moist. don't keep it in AC, keep it in a good kit up area where it receives partial sunlight.
