He is a licensed Architect..From floor plan and layout, the perspective of the house is made into an actual model..Everything is made according to specifications and scaled..Including the electrical layout..only an architect can do this..But i wish to see his face..☺

I have built many scale model buildings: Houses, Churches, Schools, Multi-Family, etc. Not once did I make any with reinforced concrete. I have used lightweight Spackle on topographic models to smooth out the contours. Your detail with metal rods, forms, and mortar mix is amazing. The creative use of different materials yielded spectacular end results. Working wooden doors, patio sliders, lighting, and swimming pool put this build over the top.

건축과 출신으로 정말 후덜덜하군요. 저 거푸집 만드는 종이 이름 까먹었지만 저거 드럽게 안잘려서 저것만으로도 모형 만들기 빡신데 계단부터 창호까지 치수가 딱딱 다 맞는게 대단하십니다.
