Throughout the entire tournament series, we have never had a fight this close with both monsters being perfect matches for eachother, denying and evading several times through the fight 44:00 was my favorite part

@Jackson G Yeah they really were a perfect match, it was crazy how they kept clawing each other back when one started to take a big lead and in the end finished with only a few hundred HP apart.

Me during the fight: DONT GET TIRED DONT GET TIRED. YES HES BACK UP. At the end: YES HES ENRANGED! FINISH HIM! STABBY STAB STABBY STAB!!!! Though yes based on that reaction, I was at the edge of my seat when Shrieking got the upperhand on Acidic. I’m so glad Acidic finally won, but I applaud Shrieking for getting it this far and giving Acidic the fight of his life.

@Lone Wolf Nergigante Yeah one of the thing that's noticeable in this fight is how acidic glavenus always caught up to legiana and then just gets really tired allowing legiana to start taking the lead again. I guess legiana's speed must be tiring to keep up with.

The interesting thing to note is that legiana has less max health, and that it on multiple occasions was able to turn the tables and gain massive leads, as long as it could get in an initial attack

The absolute most clutch fight ever, I feel. So many amazing close calls, but in the end, I suppose it went like Godzilla vs. Kong did. The superior opponent won the fight, but the underdog won our hearts!

It might just be a simple roar, but 49:30 is my favourite part as you can feel Legiana saying "let's finish this!" and with how they have gone back and forth in the fight it truly felt like the best part. I really enjoyed this series, and I hope we might see another tournament but with the Elder Dragons. Namielle VS Lunastra, Blackveil Vaal Hazak VS Kushala, Ruiner Nergigante VS Velkhana, etc.

This was absolutely incredible. Both monsters using everything they have to take down the other. And I love the fact that they were both switching the lead in health. With sometimes acidic having more health than shreaking but legiana just comes back and steals the lead from glavenus. And it went back and forth back and forth through out the fight. They both showed incredible strength and agility but in the end acidic takes the W. Thank you so much for showing this to the world

Now that was one hell of a battle! The Commission is gonna be throwing Zenny around for days with that amount of close calls. As for future ideas (Just ideas for fun is all. All up too you in the end obviously.) I would like to see a Bottom Tier Monster Tournament. We all know em. These monsters are the most unimpressive of the food chain and have gotten almost no appearances on the channel for that reason. I say lets give em their time to shine. A good example of this would be Great Jagras vs Pukei-Pukei. The two early monsters is defiantly a match I'd like to see just cause I wanna know who is actually at the rockiest of bottoms in the chain. And while I'm against abuse against this adorable creature. Dodogoma should have a shot at the Champion of Bottom Tier as well. Cause lets be honest, Big Dodo may be the most precious thing in MHW, hell probably all of MH, he ain't all that tough. Lets see if he's tougher than the rest of the bottom tiers then. Just a silly little idea that I thought would be mildly entertaining since all we see is the biggest and baddest go at it.

@@handtomouth4690 When you think about it, most of the smaller monsters have something going for them. Assuming that the contestants are Jagras, Pukei, Dodogama, Girros, Kula, Tzitzi, Paolumu and one of the supposed mid tiers like Barroth, Jyuratodus or Tobi. They each have a mechanic that helps a lot. Girros may win just cause paralysis is good against everyone. Or the two you mentioned. They may be bottom tier but they have something that's helps them not be completely helpless.

There is an invisible Hunter, it's not a secret. Modders haven't figured out how to make them aggro on each other, so this is the best we can get.

They each had an amazing strength and weakness for the last round. Glavenus had so many long ranged moves that come pretty quickly to add on pressure but he gets TIRED very quickly and seemed to prefer bite attacks. Shrieking however did absolute MASSIVE damage with her attacks and they could combo like crazy, but she had a very bad tripping problem if Acidic did three attacks she’d fall and even then once her wing broke it seemed like every hit could make her fall and if she fell maybe 2 less times she probably would’ve won.

@Dragon Soul I would, but I think most people know this isn't a fight that's set in stone; it is more than likely in re- runs acidic glavenus could win or lose again. They both are very equally matched. Having said that the new format would make for a much more enjoyable fight.

@songbird 64 You're correct, it is possible for shrieking legiana to win even with the current stat used in the video. A lot of people don't know but just because we use a specific stat doesn't mean the fight can't change.

It was stronger. I thought Glavenus was going to dominate this fight but Legiana was the real powerhouse here. Sadly a bunch of Legiana’s most devastating attacks just disappeared into invisible obstacles near the walls. Would’ve been a complete stomp against Acidic otherwise.

ダウン中に攻撃当てさせないようにしたり、かなり忖度されてたのに負けるんかw まぁ行動がワンパターンで見ててつまらんかったし、倒されて良かった
