Welcome to state #37 on our journey to all 50 states in 2021… Montana!!! For our time in the Treasure State, we spent one ENTIRE day adventuring in Glacier National Park, and we can without a doubt say that this is one of the most scenic places we’ve ever visited! From the epic sunrise at Logan pass and driving the Going to the Sun Road to hiking some of the most beautiful trails in the country and taking in a relaxing sunset at Lake McDonald, Glacier National Park did not disappoint! We absolutely loved every second of our time exploring this slice of heaven on earth!

Montana is larger than Germany but only has about 1 million people. Thats probably what has preserved its natural wilderness beauty. Montana looks gorgeous!

My husband surprised me with the plans to go to Glacier National Park several years ago. We went in early Spring. So beautiful. We stayed at a ski lodge in Whitefish. I would love to go back.

Another great video! You guys are awesome. I grew up outside of Glacier Park, in Columbia Falls. So many great memories of GNP. MT was an incredible place to grow up. My dad ran the sign shop in Glacier Park for 35 years. He made the entrance sign to the park. Sadly, he passed away this Christmas from cancer. But watching your video brought a lot of sweet memories of him. So, thank you and God bless you both!

I remember your Dad. I am saddened to hear of his passing. I worked on the Eastside for almost 20 yrs and I am from Babb / St. Mary area. He was always so nice and friendly to me. What an awesome job he did keeping up with everything in the Park. Condolences and Much Respect.

Wow guys, Montana is beautiful. When I see a gorgeous sunrise I always say “Thank you, God.” Sunsets make me grateful for another day. You got to see both! Your epic picnic spot was the best I’ve seen and was a little jealous you got to meet Chip and Dale 🤓 And Nat you finally saw your bear(s). Yes! Right?! It was incredible! And I love that... Sunrises and sunsets have a way of bringing things into perspective for us. We definitely felt blessed to get a beautiful sunrise AND sunset for our time in Glacier.🙌🏼 Wasn't that picnic spot epic! And completely unexpected which made it that much sweeter... Minus ol' Chip and Dale trying to steal our food!! Hahaha... We were SO excited to finally see bears!!🐻 -Matt Aww... We spent 2 weeks and still not enough time you need to white water raft and hike Grinnell glacier and go to polebridge avalanche lake so much to do in that jewel of a park❤️❤️🌲

Wow Guys I have watched all of you videos some more than once but by far this is my favorite. The views, bears( yes bear spray 😀 ) everything. Natalie the editing on this was great seen some new things added this time. I didn't realize how much work goes into each video until watched a few videos on how to edit. Similar to Colorado, the eastern half of Montana looks nothing like the western half, they are two different worlds. It's flat, wide-open plains that stretch as far as the eye can see... picture Kansas. I have land not far from Glacier National Park and the scenery is spectacular. With a park that is roughly 1,500 SQ miles, it takes days to enjoy it.

It's on our bucket list for sure! I went as a child and remember it being beautiful but hubby has never been. This can't have been in Feb, I see NO snow! What time of year was it? Love the beautiful hikes and I have been to Yellowstone several times, always looking for bears and have yet to see one! I would be like you Nat, so excited!!

Thank you for another great video! I too was wondering what time of year did you visit the park. Since parking was a challenge and it doesn't look like you were there in the summer, I can't imagine visiting in the summer.

We went the second week of September! The Going to the Sun Road is only open mid-June through mid-October depending on weather. Outside of those dates, many of the areas have limited access from my understanding. Thanks for watching! 😊 This video was filmed the 2nd week of September and it was great, but the most ideal time to visit in most peoples eyes is probably July or August. Although, those are also the parks busiest months, so it can get pretty crowded from what we hear. The Going-to-the-Sun-Road is typically only open mid-June through mid-October depending on the weather.

Thanks so much!🥰 We flew in and out of Bozeman and for our time in Glacier NP we stayed in a crappy Super 8 in Kalispell 🤣🙈 And for our time in Yellowstone NP we stayed in ANOTHER crappy Super 8 but this time in Bozeman! Lol… Nothing like traveling on a budget!🤣 -Matt

Hey, Carlos! Thanks so much for watching and subscribing! We do have a drone, but none of the footage in this video is ours. We purchased it through a site called Storyblocks. Unfortunately, drones are strictly prohibited in National Parks and breaking those laws comes with a hefty fine. You could fly your drone outside the park and still get some beautiful shots, but just not inside the park. Hope this helps and hope you have an amazing time at Glacier! Safe travels! -Matt

Hi Becky! We used to offer travel agent services, but couldn't keep up with that AND the travel content creation, so we gave up the travel agent work last year. Matt definetly should have jumped. Me and my girlfriend have done that hike twice and both times we have jumped in there. It is very cold but worth it for sure, even my mom did it. Plus everyone around watching loves it and takes videos

Haha… I would’ve LOVED too! I think the high temp while we were there was in the low to mid 50’s, So it would’ve been a long, cold hike back to the car with no change of clothes! Lol… If we were there in the summer, there’s no question about it… I’d be jumping! Lol… That’s awesome that y’all have gotten to do it! -Matt
