Been listening to this piece every night for almost 2 years to help myself and infant, now toddler, sleep. She requests it and knows if it isnt this piece. She'll be 3 in April. She knows which one it is on KZfaq to pick. Thank you for helping me get the small amount of sleep I have been able to. I don't sleep well and the 3 hours this plays I'm out and the journey as I fall asleep is beautiful.

@Sum yi Wong Hey, I'm not a cellist but a pianist (I'm 20 years old). The only advice that I can give you is to not think about the people that are watching but to try to enjoy your playing and to become one with the song. Don't think if you will make a mistake or not, because if you do it's more highly that you will make one. Try to enjoy the beauty of the song that you are playing. Wish you all the best ❤️
@mailesiefert2655
@mailesiefert2655 4 жыл бұрын
Sum yi Wong hi! I’ve played violin for the past 9 years and a few years ago I began playing cello (I mostly play the cello now). Concerts can be a nerve wracking as you make them out to be, but that also means they can be as stress free as you want too. For the last 2-3 years I’ve started walking into concerts as if I’m in a normal class/practice and that helps a lot for me. Instead of focusing on the audience or being on stage, just keep your eyes on your music, (if in a group ensemble) your section/section leader, and the conductor. Everything else is irrelevant. Also, how often do you get to play the piece all the way though in practice? Usually not often because we work on the tricky parts, so take advantage of the fact that you get to hear the full song all together! Another way to keep your mind off the performing/concert itself. Hope these tips help, good luck and keep on practicing that cello!

Found this music tonight and believe the angels must be helping me. Can't sit still to meditate, yoga hurts, but I definitely love music - so this sounds like my solution. Thanks so much for posting. Art and music, combined with counseling and a bit of medication, and I just might survive the ups and downs of being bipolar. -✌️❤️Nancy

@@justrelax3743 you sound great. my mother had bipolar and manic depression and with all the meds she was on she'd still come after you and attack. Even though I was her primary caretaker ( no one else would do it) and she had Cancer, nothing could stop her when she felt the need to attack. My advisors forbade me to move back in with her and she died on the floor, in my bedroom, alone. This music I believe would've helped her.

Brittany C : It is not a disorder beautiful one. Your mind is filled with Empathy and Compassion. The controllers of this plane knew who you were and knew your mother as well. They didn't want your kindness and Empathic thoughts around their ears this time. You're so full of light and love. I can feel it over here my friend. They've done the same things to many of us. It's in the water we drink, and the foods we eat. I know you have a good diet, but they control that too. I was given a cure to the thoughts and sounds. It was 40 days of non-clover honey and mothers milk (vegan mother). It cleaned my blood, which healed my cerebrum fluid and then my dormant DNA was activated, which then quieted the vibrations all around me. Now, the waves are like straight lines, and my smile is back. H.O.P.E. is still here! Much love!

well, i wanted to thank you because you helped me so much in my focus! let me explain: i have ADHD and Aspergers syndrome, and every noise or sound makes me deconcentrate from what i'm doing. I found your video and I tried listening to the video while studying. This helped me so much, I can't even express how grateful I am ❤ the sound is soft and relaxing, exactly what i needed. greetings from Brazil!

The mind sometimes wants to idle but is still thinking... at rest. Think just a few notes. Then,repeat. This is how I have trained my mind to calm down before I put it in "park"... to sleep. I never had the right music to match the process. Thank you thank you for your generosity to share this piece.😍

It's beautiful, cello maybe big and I'm the way but it's worth it, I mean what a beautiful instrument. Amazing people play that cello. Keep playing, cause I love it and it's very relaxing and I can go to sleep listening to it all day as night

Thankyou from Hawaii. CELLO music and Gods grace woke me up out of a Coma of 3 weeks. Gods grace and Cello music spoke to my soul to accept His healing from imminent death and He healed me from a cardiac arrest, total internal organ death, sepsis, pneumonia, and dyalisis and brain damage. Cello is my gift from God and i thank you for this 🎁

As someone with perfect pitch, the 432 hz tuning bothered me at first, but then I found the slightly flat tones were actually quite soothing and relaxed me almost to sleep. This is honestly fantastic, thank you for sharing this 😊

I've suffered from anxiety for my whole life and have had trouble sleeping for about five years, nothing really helped but music. I've had other music I listened to but after a while everything always became too jarring for me too stay asleep. Until I found your channel and I can listen to every piece and they work wonders. I've never been so relaxed and at peace, even as a child. Everything you create is so beautiful and helpful, thank you so much.
