The 2nd pass on SS Busseboom, the last stage from a loop of 3 stages. There are 4 loops, but in the final loop of the day, this stage is skipped. So this is the 2nd of 3 passes on this stage.
SS Busseboom is 7.81 km long this year.
I recorded at the "seven sisters" again, at the location where I recorded 4 videos during the corona pandemic in 2020 where we could only watch the rally at a single location. But this time we were a little more to the left to also see the previous corners. (In 2022 and 2023, I recorded in the previous corners as well.)

The battle is on! Niels Reynvoet (3, Škoda Fabia RS Rally2) won this stage in 4:24.1 (avg 106.5 km/h), 8.4 seconds faster than his previous run. The current leader in the Belgian rally championship is 1.4 seconds faster than local driver Bjorn Syx (5, Citroën C3 Rally2). The other local Gilles Pyck (4, Volkswagen Polo GTI R5) was 3rd on +4.2, before Davy Vanneste (1, Hyundai i20 N Rally2, +6.7) and Vincent Verschueren (2, Citroën C3 Rally2, +6.8).
Syx and Reynvoet are exchanging the lead, since SS5 Bjorn Syx is leading again, after this stage he has 1.0 second advantage to Reynvoet. They are already 30.1 seconds before Verschueren, who is 3rd but is battling for the last podium spot with Gilles Pyck, who is currently 4th on +31.5, 1.4 second behind Verschueren.
Vanneste is in SuperRally after he bent a rear wheel on the first stage and had to retire, but the team replaced the part in service so he could restart this round to get some experience with the car in preparation for the Ypres Rally.

After this stage we went to the service to get some autographs from the drivers, before heading to SS Monteberg for the final stage in round 4 :-) Enjoy the video!
