cool that u can lower the voltage on a CPU, but still get good performance, and better temps.

Yeah motherboard manufacturers have to push voltage at higher levels for multi-core enhancement (Limits removed). Otherwise they would run the risk of many service tickets for instability.

the problem with this cooler is that 3dollar fan cant even push air

yes, I have one and with less than 5 months of use, the fan released oil and burned the led of it, that is, this fan is of low quality.

@@danielhariri I'm glad you paid attention and changed the fan , but for the price of the cooler I didn't think that the fan was of such low quality as to release oil and burn the led in such a short time of use , which fan are you currently using on this cooler?
