Montgomery County Tanker 717, and Tanker 709 Responding (Lots of Airhorn)

Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Service Tanker 717 and Tanker 709 responding/arriving on scene for the working building fire (maintenance building) at Seneca Creek State Park. Both these Tankers including Tanker 731, and Engine 734 was dispatched for the water supply task force.
Unit(s) Seen Responding:
Tanker 709 is a 2002 Kenilworth.
Tanker 717 is a 2016 Peterbilt.

Virginia Rural Engineer: I am forever amazed at people that DON'T see a 66,000 lbs RED truck, with a SILVER tank and enough lights flashing to wake the dead and they just keep driving. The Airhorn is MY FRIEND!

it was just the emergency lights on the 2nd one but for the 1st one they used the right one

Of course. The tanker with only an electronic siren keeps it on but the tanker with TWO Q sirens stays quiet. Lol

Hyattstown gives no quarter. Not too many places in MoCo without Hydrants anymore. That county has grown so much.

I just noticed the first AND second trucks left turn signal was NOT ON!!!!!! The rights were on!!!!!!!!!!! well now!!!! Rookie rescue drivers too????? Geeeees!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Relax. Yes the blinker was not on but than 100% of all vehicles in both directions are suppose to stop.

One is an actual Q, the other is just a decorative cover for an electronic siren speaker.

Corde1129 are you sure? The covers for the Eqs I have seen are only the face and sit farther in the bumper than this one appears

Demonracer2 one is an actual q, the other q just covers the speaker. I guess to make the bumper look good. If that makes sense lol, it might sound confusing.

FireProductions Response Videos no that makes sense, just any of the covers I have seen that aren’t actual Qs only have the face piece, reference Newark Engine 10, rather than the side where the fan is. Nevertheless awesome catch!

FireProductions Response Videos they should consider adding another q so Drivers can PAY ATTENTION!!! You know what, maybe point a federal q to the ground so maybe it make the ground vibrate like the rumbler.
