I would recommend fourth wing if you need a great book! It reads like a movie even though they haven’t made a movie yet and it hooks you right away. Has mystery and action, a fantasy book but for anyone even people who don’t usually read fantasy. And a great love story! The most important part lol

Podcasts are great to listen to on the go like when you go for walks or long drives. I think you'd really enjoy it!

Love the idea of two no spend days per month! So glad to hear the giving of permission for a lazy day. I recommend this to my clients often - and that they schedule it in, so they have it to look forward to! Love the vagus nerve exercises 😍 my therapist heart is so full hearing this! Non-fiction recommendation for you: Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl. My therapist recommended it to me ages ago, and it quickly became my favourite! I need to do a declutter of photos too. And OMG I say the same thing about iCloud and James says I’m the only one who would want it to not sync… and now I can tell him that there’s at least one other person out there 😅

100% It's my biggest complaint about iCloud. It should be used for storage not just for back up! Thanks for the book rec 😍 I'm so excited for my next lazy day.
