المحلات الكبيرة بمونتريال للأسف شغلها Commercial . ما بيهمهم يحتفظوا بالشيفات المعلمين وأصحاب الصنعة لأنه بيهمهم يشغلوا عمالة رخيصة... هنن عملوا السمعة زمان وعملوا الزبون القنوع بربع الجودة وارتاحوا على هيك. ولو انه فيها تعب وبحث أكتر بس لازم تروح عالمحلات والمشاريع الصغيرة اللي أصحابها واقفين على راسها عم يقاتلوا مشان يعملوا شغل منيح وسمعة. هدول هنن اللي بيستحقوا التصوير والتشجيع والدعم.

Welcome to Montreal. I was so excited to see you come here. You went to so many places that i go to regularly. I wish I couldve met you. My husband is Lebanese, I am trying to learn the language. You were literally around the corner from where i live and work. Its fun seein ur expressions. Especially ur whistle my brother in law does it all the time, and my husband always says ooff. Strange idea you had to start your day at Andalos and Adonis, two grocery stores that serve industrial and food best qualified as “average”. So many smaller and much better options out there (Chez Teta, Garage Beirut, Le Professeur, La Sirene de la Mer etc) etc).

Montreal is really beautiful for sure. It is raining today, but nothing stops Montrealers from going out and enjoying this weather even if its wet :) Nothing is like food in Lebanon. They are trying though so we must give them credit for it. If you want real authentic food you should visit the places like “Le Four” définitivement:)

Andalos was bread factory in the 90s started with manakeesh bcz taxi drivers used to beg him at night to make some manakeesh for them so he started with small counter and took off !! I remember used to take lunch break from my work at Bombardier on the other side of cote vertu and have a bite there with my Québécois friends,…. Good old day when Bombardier was world class company…

I no longer live in montreal but I enjoyed my years there !!… my favorite restaurant when started making money was la sirenne … and I was students too Concordia was pizza slice from taybatt !!! لانه مبجرهم الا بلادهم أولوياته اللبناني . بعدين شو لك دخل فيه أعم vlog و احكي عن المطبخ الحلبي و بعدين المطبخ الحلبي ايه من اهم المطابخ مثل اللبناني بس عم بفرجي عن لبنان . بس انا عندي احساس بكرى حتقولوا البوتين حلبية السوشي حلبية كانت أم تحسين تعملها لابو تحسين بالسهرات الرومانسية ههههه

@@28Justchecking أنا مالي فلوغر روحي، أنا ذواق أكل من 20 سنة ما اختلفنا على اولوياتو بس جرب كتير وجبات من العالم هو، ايه طبعا المطبخ الحلبي مهم، شغلة ما بتعرفي فيها لا تحكي ، قال طبق البوتين ، أصلاً هي ما منعترف فيها كأكلة، منعتبرها مقبلات وسناك مناكلها إذا ما في شي، والسوشي معرفة ياباني ما حدا جاب سيرتو ، عندنا نحن مالها بقل عن 35 نوع من الكبة بس، كل وحدة منها بتاخود يوم أو يومين تحضير جاية تقارنهون بالبوتين.

Hes mostly covering the Lebanese But Arouch doesn't taste good at all only the lahmajoun if u like the Armenian mix the rest are nope . The zaatar tasted bitter And all of these they dont freeze well when u unprecedented them they got a strange taste .
