Had the pleasure of meeting Monty last night in a local Italian restaurant, Il Melograno, in NYC last night. Quite a surprise and a delight!

That drummer really knows his way around his kit. He's getting all kinds of sounds out of his kit. I like how he subtly comes in an out with his snare changing speed while keeping time and soft volume. Not too many rock drummers can do that
