Monty is easily one of the best newer producers in the dnb scene. I have yet to hear a track by him that is anything less than exceptional.

Exactly! I love it when a producer has their own sound. Originality is key in any genre to make an artist stand out and push the genre to new limits.

Completely agree with your comment but imo this sound is getting more and more popular in the scene with plenty of producers putting their flavour on it. Sustance, Klax, Grey Code, Rizzle, Foreign Concept and ofc the mighty Perez to name a few.
