You said a "few" charcoal grills. You Lie. You have a whole raft of charcoal kettle grills. You have a Weber gas grill. How does the Monument compare in terms of metal quality? It's a pretty big left to right. I inherited a three burner from my next door neighbors. It's ok. Heats up fast. Seems flimsy metal though. Don't really like grease drainage system. Good for when I need a quick brat or burger. When I want real cooking I use my performer or my Pit Boss Copperhead 3. Glad to see you back making videos again. I know the catering business takes up a lot of your time. I'm really happy how that business has taken off for you.
