Most humans are playing a role (like an actor) instead of simply being themselves! Why try to become somebody when you already are your self? No effort is needed to be who you are; only effort is needed to be who you're not! I love Mooji... His teaching introduced me to my perfect, timeless, incorruptible, happy, peaceful self! Maybe I am just stoned but I have a hypothesis. I believe quantum physics, multiverse theory (string theory), and the theory of relativity, prove there is an infinite universe. On top of this, on the quantum level, every consciously observed particle is actually in a space time duality which proves that they are in two locations at the same time. The “isness” is likely the “feeling” of the connection to the infinite alternate realities that our “personhood” can experience. After years of seeking some kind of answer that makes sense, I think it just clicked. That feeling of “Dejavu” is literally what it is. We experience ourselves for an eternity. I’ve been meditating with Mooji’s channel for about 2 weeks. In that time, I have changed so much in my life and I have truly found a happiness I haven’t felt since I was a child. I feel free. What I’m curious about now is whether this is controlled by ME or if we experience personhood at random. Anyone else feel me? I’m not a cultist or even religious, I admit this could be false. But I truly am thankful to know that the worse case scenario is the “isness” and that truly isn’t that bad.

I admit to not being fully able to grasp this. If what is left is the very sense of self and existence, how was it not born, and more over, how can it not die? Whatever is left that I can feel and connect to when I remain empty, could I do it before I was born or after I die? Can an unborn being sense it? Is there such a thing as an unborn being?

I feel like putting up a comment here, so i got ptsd, some kind of nervousness and pain that starts every morning when i wake up, and medication is the only thing that stops it, i can go into this wonderfull state of just being, and i can really stay there, and it fullfills me, but when i keep on with ny day, i will feel medioker or terrible... Why didnt life make this a bit more simple?

While I believe that eventually, I will need to shed the focus I have NOW for the Is-ness, I know the balance of SIMULTANEITY, will take its place, but after a lifetime spent on identifying as a person, I need now for a while to be pseudo delusional and in denial of the earthly aspect of my BEING.

The problem with Mooji's understanding is this. He uses utilitarian themes to attract people, but once you try to utilize God ( even for your own good) duality ( or the seer and seen in this case the user and the utilized ) remains and there is no experience of pure being. All the songs about Shiva, Krishna etc he sings is taken from the Puranic literatures, but oddly he does not discuss why Advaita is not the exegesis of Vedic Knowledge. Therea re other schools of Uttara Mimamsa that interpret Vedic Knowledge.
