By golly that was so good! So sweet and so mystical! Felt that in every cell of my being that wisdom! In gratitude! How amazing is it when you are ready to receive for what is necessary for you, that the sky opens up and offers the wisdom to bring that peace that was there the entire time. So many masks, and shapes all forming clouds, blown away, by pointings for the glimpse of a blue sky, just one moment it can all change in one second! Miracles are formed by gods grace!

What is behind the I? When I try to sit quiet and pay attention I get tense because I am concentrating. How do I not concentrate? I am attempting to be aware and watch myself to be aware to pay attention. I do not get how to not try? How to rest in myself? I want to discover this peace this ever present silence. The self? I am missing something. Is not the awareness a function of the brain? Effortlessly aware of? Simply pay attention? How do I pay attention without concentration, without effort? Which in me causes tension?

Your false self, your identity, your ego, try to observe the tension or the trying to concentrate, just observe and you will see that you are not that. You use the mind with analyzing what is what, leave it, don't search for logic just follow the pointing

You do not need connection with him or anyone. You need to have connection with yourself. Start there and than ask yourself what is the relationship between you and the world. Observe your self in relationships with other people and observe other people too. Without thinking just seeing, having insight. Hope it serves you. Infinite Love.
