Good workout Mookie! Very functional. I’m 5 ft 8 170lbs and I’m focusing more on athleticism and mobility training in my strength and conditioning. Also, me being a pitcher, I’m focusing more on finesse then trying to over power and just throw hard. The power will come with athleticism and technique.

I show my 13 year old son your highlights and slow motion swing videos. My son is a smaller player and has always been a middle of the order travel hitter this is first year of modified and he is off to good start. I am similar size to you 5'8 175 lbs and my son will probably end up somewhere around there. We try and learn from you and how you do it at the highest level. Loading out of your hips. Also pay attention to the rotation of your spine... how much the vertebrae of the back rotate allowing the muscle in the upper right shoulder (behind the scapula) to load/coil generating power along the superior/lateral chain... All in one motion of course. No stopping you Mookie. Best swing in the west

can tell Bradly can get more coordinated once he start getting used of jumping and what not. to in the circle of what he's comfortable. if he can get athletic while maintaining his muscle he would be legendary in whatever.
