As usual, these performances are 110% better in sound and delivery then their studio released equivalent.

I agree. I bought "Number 9" on Amazon. But to me, the best version is from High Sierra Music Festival. Since I own the song, would it be legal to strip the audio from the from the video?

exactly - I saw them live in Pittsburgh recently and the crowd was full of 18 year olds... no disrespect to young people who like good music but these motherfuckers can jam with the best of the best in my honest opinion - super under-famous compared to their talent... wouldn't be surprised if all three of these mutha fuckas are household names - just awesome guys

Too bad James left the band. He was the man who made the gap between Moon Hooch and Too Many Zoos and Lucky Chops. I like the direction MH are going with new stuff. More electronic, more brass house.

@BubbleGumJuice5 жыл бұрын
If you check their Spotify these are all on albums =). 'Red Sky' is in their album entitled 'Red Sky'. 'Light it Up' is in their Light it Up EP, and Contra Dubstep is on their 'Live at the Cathedral' album.

@hobbes, the original contra dubstep is even on their album "this is cave music"

Just goes to show how used we are to dynamics that are crushed to no end. This here is mixed and mastered wonderfully. Loudness war needs to die a slow and painful death and people like Rick Rubin should apologise publicly for their contributions to it.

Fucking love how rushed and how hard the first song sounds. I can't even explain it. The melody that repeats reminds me of the vocal melody from that Hozier song "we were born sick heard them say it. My church offers no absolution tells me worship in the bedroom" whatever the lyrics are. It sounds similar but in a great way

Hey , i had downloaded the original upload from your paste mag site and it was in super hd quality and the best recorded live moon hooch on the web a while back but lost the file due to hard drive failer. Now it seems like there is only the low bit rate compressed versions available. Can some there re upload on your site the full hd version of this full set ? That would make my day! this sounds sad compared to what it was last year or so when it was first uploaded.
@tonalddrump2554 жыл бұрын
This is super late and I'm sure it's irrelevant to you by now, but assuming they haven't reuploaded, try copying the link of this video and downloading it via third-party converter sites. Hope this helps!
