Me too! Wow, all points exactly the same. The migraines are horrendous! Also lost weight twice. Love me some animals, especially dogs! Have had to cut the frenemies and way too hard on myself. Always trying to take care and be understanding of others. Yes, it's the way we were created :-)

Another pisces moon in the 6th here. Libra sun, virgo rising. I can relate to everything Lada is saying. Very complicated relationship with my mother which I feel to the root cause of a lot of my emotional issues.. Huge worrier, struggle emotionally and have a lot of chronic health issues, eczema, allergies, digestive issues.. I'm an emotional eater, eating junk to feel better is my only vice as I don't drink or smoke. And of course its the junk food that is a huge trigger to my health issues. Its a vicious cycle. I will also yoyo and In an emotional crisis I will lose my appetite and not eat from anxiety. I also have ADHD and really struggle with discipline. It almost impossible to keep up a consistent routine and because of this my health suffers. Always falling off the wagon but I still try and get back on again. Ironically despite being rubbish at maintaining my health I am actually hugely health conscious. I read a lot about it, into holistic health, herbal medicine which I really find fascinating and I think it comes from a deep desire to want to heal and understand the connections mind and body. Interesting that Lada also talks about arguments because this seems to be a thing in my life sadly, especially at work there are always misunderstandings, and with my family. Its quite exhausting mentally, emotionally and spiritually because I'm very sensitive person and am quite often misunderstood. Currently looking for some direction in life. I think a lot about people in need, especially with everything going on in Palestine currently. Free Palestine! Been thinking for a while to get involved in some kind of charity work. I feel myself being pulled in that direction as I cant't help but feel for the people. Not just over seas but for those on our doorsteps too. I'd like to think that if I were find myself on hard times that someone out there would want to help me.

Yes when I feel extreme emotions I can feel it in my gut, I have serious gut regimens to help me function better. Also financial insecurity is the absolute worst ugh.
