When mods come out to Survival, he could make an AI missle coming out of a silo that could go and explode Farmbots if mod creators add a Farmbot AI! Imagine a missle exploding a Boss Farmbot. THAT WOULD BE SO EPIC!

Moonbo try flying like almost horizontal and see where you end up and then try flying back to the mechanic shop from there! Edit: Also try a full launch and back in first person.

Try to put all the logic blocks on a platform and connect one switch and one button to a logic block oh and i posted one of those in the workshop just search logic blocks to test

For scouting, I built basically a toilet seat on a stick -- ~50 blocks of wood, folded 5 times, unfolded with a controller. I was surprised that it worked at all, really, but extra surprised when it worked bolted to the back of my truck. So I get that level of scouting with just enough gas to drive the truck.

Next experiment. Build a platform towards the skybox. See if you can push the rocked behind the skybox. Get in and see if you can fly higher.

this is what you need to go loot parts from warehouse roofs. ramps and what not. its light enough for a vehicle to transport or just build it on the spot.

You can use it to get on top of the warehouses with out clearing them, an possibly clearing from the top down

Getting to the space should be a win condition in survival mode ! And loosing a computer we could get from the start a defeat condition as well.

Try use it to raid warehouses also u can paint the thusters to a colour and try to remember 1 red or 2 blue so u can propperly fly , amazing vid thanks

Bubble blocks might be better than cardboard as a material for this, the whole thing (minus thrusters) could be transparent without the heavy windows

Use the rocket to get on top of warehouse roofs. It would be faster to raid them from the top down.

Build a proper flyer and use it to cheat the warehouses! Fly on top and take shorter path to the loot room!

hope they reduce the fuel for the thruster by a LOT so that we can have fun flying things. Now they are WAY to expencive to use so not worth it

@Obama Ball Agreed, at the end of the game there should be some easier ways to get fuel! Thrusters are meant to be fore end game items.

How about some quasi fluid dynamics? I.e. propellers and wings. Flight shouldn't be an end game thing

They have confirmed that they will add a way to automate fuel collection, or at least oil production That solves most of my issues

Okay you need to make a military style missile launching truck and make that rocket portable so when you scout around the map you can get a really good look around. Have it laying down on truck. Push switch and the rocket aims up. Have it attached with cardboard and a spud gun on a button to break the cardboard on liftoff

In scrap mechanic, theres a contraption based on 4 trusters that you can use to weld things to the sky wall. Like space elevator.

35 seconds->40ish fuel->four level 5 thrusters. If we assume 30 seconds would have taken 40 fuel, this means a single level 5 thruster uses 20 fuel per minute.

Rockets themself are super heavy, so you may be better off with a double suspension glitch for slight angling

If you remove the lower half entirely you could probably feather the thrusters and use it to take nice mapping photos

In my personal survival, I tried building a jet fighter using the space ship blocks, but the density was too much for just two thrusters. Maybe you could try designing a jet and seeing how it helps traveling far distances? I would imagine it's more fuel efficient than a car, but a bit trickier to maneuver.

pretty bummed that they are making fuel usage so high for those thrusters. I've seen so many creative creations use thrusters and currently why would you use them in survival. Thanks for posting it was fun!
