Urad Dal/ Split Black Gram without skin - 2 Cup
LETS PREPARE DOUGH

All Purpose Flour / Maida मैदा - 2 Cup
Salt as per taste
Carom seed/Ajwain- 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 5 tbsp
Masalas for PREPARE FILLING

Drain the water and rinse the dal
Transfer to a grinder and grind coarsely
Coriander seed - 2 tbsp
Black pepper- 1 tsp
Saunf- 1 tbsp
Cumin seed- 1 tsp
Red Chilli- 5 pcs
Prepare the filling

Cooking Oil- 3 tbsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Besan/Gram flour- 1/2 Cup
Grated Ginger -1 tsp
Add the cooked dal
Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Aamchoor powder- 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi - 1 tbsp
