I’ve been to places where they totally screw up the last 8 counts and the ones who know how to do it end up standing waiting for the rest to finish before we all start the next wall. Finally a place that can teach the rest how to do it. Good job.

Hi Moonshine... I would really love your instruction videos if you could face back to us when you begin. It feels very awkward to try to learn looking "in a mirror". I have to constantly interpret the opposite foot and side to dance with. Just a friendly suggestion.

Dirt road dancing teaches dances facing backwards, they do really good too!

He says left or right. He says step with your right and the camera is mirrored so us stepping with our right, matches the same step he’s doing. Having the camera mirrored is the exact same outcome as if he was facing away from us with the camera not mirrored.

Please show the clip facing away from us. I still get confused because sometimes you turn around and say left, but you go right because it is mirrored. Besides that, great video!

This bar always teaches the dances backwards... I can kind of understand it, but once someone learns the dance from this video, they will be completely confused when they go out in a bar to actually do the dance in real life... Because they are not going to be looking face to face with a person, they are going to be looking at their back... So it is not in my opinion, as a 35 year country dance veteran, a good idea to teach you this way. But, again that's just my opinion.

I'm confused you say go right you point to your left an go left. Then you point to your right and say go left but you go right. So in the line dance do you go left first then right? You did the opposite of what you said.

He said it's a mirror image so go to YOUR right when he says to. And go to YOUR left when he says to.

I have watched other videos. When they went their left it was left and when they went their right it was right. Mirrors? Just admit you made a mistake an went left instead of right. Don't give me the b.s. about mirrors. Have a good day 😊

The mirroring he was supposed to be doing only works when he's facing you; it's a common technique in some exercise classes. However, once he faces a different direction, it breaks down. It was confusing because he didn't make the adjustment in his calling.
