This easy hike, Moose Ponds, in Grand Teton National Park is a great family hike where you are likely to see moose (especially in the mornings and evenings). This hike is off the Jenny Lake Loop trail and is about 3 miles roundtrip.

We are a family of 4 who love to travel. In 2019, we bought a 30 ft. travel trailer and decided to make our dreams happen by getting out on the road. Since then, we have upgraded to a 39' Fifth Wheel Mid-Bunkhouse and a 2018 Ford F-350 Diesel and are loving the upgrade for our family. We have always LOVED traveling and now seeing our world on the road has given us opportunities to see and make more memories as a family. We are teachers and are blessed to have the same "vacation" schedule, so we make the most of it with our kids by being both weekend warriors and by "school schedule" traveling--We call ourselves summer-timers. We hope to share what we learn while exploring this beautiful world around us and inspire you to get out and see it too.

Did a ranger trail to moose pond that i stumbled upon. Worth it. But didn't see moose at the pond. I needed to get there early early like you.

All great trails in that area but timing is everything, sorry you didn’t get to see a moose there. It’s a great location for them though. ~Wilson & Kelli
