Oh my god literal chills. I genuinely didn't want that to end. I can't explain how cool this is. The fact I didn't want to stop watching is a testament in of itself. But I especially wanted to point out three main things I was super impressed by. The creativity in each figure and practical effects, the hunter mech thing actually felt like a threat and the pacing and little things to show that he isn't just stupid either makes him feel like a worthy foe, and third the camera movement is just insane and feels like it was actually shot by a professional studio for some big budget movie. Absoulutely stelllar! Amazing job as always. You inspire us all :)

I love the sense of power between the two and how, while the Hunter had an answer for nearly anything Chief did, he still kept it on its toes the entire time and ended up winning through tenacity, cunning and a little luck like he always does. Plus, im a sucker for anything that acknowledges the HRUNTING/YGGDRASIL Mk 1.

Holy heck this is amazing! I’m slightly annoyed that I can’t find the right words to describe how incredibly good this was. Seriously, top tier stuff! The final sequence when the Master Chief blasts that Hunter to oblivion is my favorite part.

So good. At no point did I think these were small plastic figures being moved frame-by-frame. The immersion of the animating and the interaction with the set was top tier.

I can't even find a problem with this. Absolutely amazing. The choreography, camera work, SFX, VFX, and set dressing were 10/10. I dunno if the Banished Prototype and mech suit are custom made, but either way the designs are AMAZING. Such well made figurines. I really can feel the distinct weights of objects and movements while watching this. So well done. I find when I REALLY like something, I watch it twice. I watched this 3-4 times in a row. Some parts I like in particular: At 0:11, the way he just pins the Elite so aggressively felt badass. I also love how the other Elite isn't braindead, and doesn't just keep running at Chief. He makes a retreat and waits for a better opening. At 0:22, you could've just had Chief shoot the Elite and be done with it, but you put the extra effort into it and made the Elites body move. Nice touch. At 0:27, I like how the projectile actually lands near Chief and does splash damage. It's a small thing, but it's not seen often in my experience. You can also see the Gravity Hammers weight afterwards. So good. 0:48 is a nice use of the environment. I like it. The beam effects afterwards is also nice. At 1:00 I liked how Chief racks the gun. Very nice touch. I like how at 1:15, Chief puts a sticky on its back, thinking it'll be as weak as a Hunter, and is then surprised that it didn't work. The entire fight scene is an 11/10, but the commitment at 3:13 to chop up the legos for a better effect is appreciated. The shot at 3:45 is too good not to single out. That's wallpaper worthy. Again, the entire thing was AMAZING. Some of the best stuff I've seen. Ever. Can't wait for more, if you're up for it!

This might be one of the best stop motions I’ve seen in a very long time. The way you let the viewer feel the weight of each bullet, swing, etc makes it feel like I’m watching this in real life. Very well done! Bonus points for the MGSR song, it fit perfectly.

I know most people are going to talk about the incredible fight between the mech and the prototype but I want to add how awesome it is that you incorporate the surroundings into the battle, such as the dirt being kicked in the elites face as well as the chief shooting through the crevice in the wall. Great job!

Man this is incredible, I love how everything has such weight and impact, especially Chief’s mech. I also love the paint added to the figures, makes them look so much more realistic and less plasticity. 10/10.

Bruh, the part where chief kicks up the Banshee cockpit to shield himself from the beam, and the killing blow at the end were probably the best scenes in the entire thing. Also an excelent use of the MGR soundtrack, thought I would have probably used Rules of nature myself.

Fantastic job. The combat looked well-choreographed, and the camera didn't feel too chaotic (as some faced paced camera action in stop motion can cause some motion sickness) and the story of the battle was fantastic and epic and was really creative. I loved seeing this work of art and think all the hype and wait for it was absolutely worth it. Keep doing a great job!

Great job man! Absolute masterpiece. 1) music. Th music fit the animation so well and complemented the intensity and tension between master cheif and the banished prototype. 2) Set The set was detailed and just well done. 3) audio design The sound effects were done well and not too complicated. 4) Animation The animation was incredible! Loved the weight, follow through, ease in and out, arcs and overal natural flowing movements. You have a knack at getting super smooth yet realistic moves that I cannot achieve. 5) practical effects/visual effects The practical effects are some of the best I’ve seen! Love the use of plastic pieces and of the giant lasers hitting the mastercheif. Love the small and subtle use of vfx also. Overall man this was a great animation. Super high quality elements in every part of the video nicely tied together. The only criticism I’d have is maybe you could have shown master cheif looking at the mech or getting into to add some more context for it and storytelling. Also at the end master cheif immediately walked away which would have been more badass if he stood there and contemplated what he had just done. Nice work, good attention to detail, well executed.

GOD this animation goes SO HARD. especially that metal gear rising revengance music. i hear it kick in and my eyes widened

HOLY SHIIIII! Ok, that was awesome. I loved how everything flowed. The physics and gravity of everything is phenomenal. The impacts felt real and carried so much weight. All the VFX mixed in with practical effects didn't feel out of place at all, especially that very ending shot where he shoots the cannon straight up into it splitting it in half. This is single handedly one of the greatest stopmotion animated fight sequences Ive ever seen. Great job!!! On another note however, it felt like a lot of the audio at the beginning was delayed and came in too late? But it eventually corrected itself later into the video and became unoticable. I replayed it 3 times to see if that would fix it, but I think its just de-synced. Maybe it was just on my end, or maybe you noticed as well. Either way, it didnt take away from the animation what so ever (well maybe a little) 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
