Your channel is very interesting and informative.I have started watching very recently only.Mor koozh we make with boiled rice.Rice is ground the previous night and kept outside. (Not in the fridge)Next day without adding sour curd it is made the same way as you make.We make it with coconut oil.

My all time favorite... Both my pregnanc(ies) craving was Mor kali only. Would hv named d elder one as Mor Kali n my younger kid as vadathu maavu... Reminds me of my momz midnight preparation of mor kali during pregnancy time n even now (sometimes)...

Namaskarams Mami and Anna. Mor koozhu is my Paati and amma’s favorite. We used to have it during evening snacks time. Paati used to set on plates and keep ready by the time we came after school. Here my kids are not a big fan making for myself like 😐.. I always tell Amma when she makes I would relish it.. how much ever we grow , we always need our Amma and Paati 😍😍. Here my kids say “I am not a baby” but I have never ever said so.. still I am a kid for my parents .

Whatever question Ganesh asked, everyone has that question in our minds and as aunty explained it’s hard to get rid of it without constant practice. In Bhagwad Gita, Ch 2, Lord Krishna says one should perform the prescribed duties (even this kind of dhaanam and dharmam) for HIS preethi - that is sathvika thyagam. Which can be done by one’s intention to do so (for pleasing Him) and by His blessing. Once you understand that even all the wealth you earn (without His blessing you cannot even be healthy to cook anything!!) is also blessed by Him and it pleases Him when you help others with the money that He has blessed us with. 🙏🏻🙏🏻Do everything good for Bhagwath Preethi and with sathvika thyagam. Then He will bless you to get detached from what you are doing. It’s easier said than done if not practiced consciously.

Hello Mami! We met you in Kaladaikuruchi on June 29th. Great to see your videos with profound msgs and ofcourse amazing recipes. And, I am your 75 year old fan, who lived in Chennai half my life.... but, never before tasted the Mor Koozh while living in Bharata Bhoomi.. Nam Bharatiyar's Bharata Naadu.. Vezhi natu ku ponathuku apram daan Bharata Nadu ARUMAI UNARA AARAMBIKKARDU..Gujarati le oru pazhamozhi undu, ungazhku terinjirkalaam" Door thi dungar raliyaamana"-= From a distance, the Hills look Greener. However, with Bharat Bhoomi, whether the Motherland is green or NOT, it is ever fresh and joy-filled with love.. Bharat Mata ki Jai. Innaikku rathiri idhudhaan tiffin :) Ungala paakumbothu, neenga pesa ketkumbothu eadho nerungina snegithi pola oru nerukkam thonudhu. Madras vandha sollunga. Very nice. Thanks. I remember my paati use to serve it on badham leaf that will enhance the taste. My favorite thing in morekali is the kaandhal. If possible pls mention about the taste of kaandhal.

First time hearing about moru koozhu, I'll definitely try this one. What is combination? What side dishes to have with it? We love more milagai so this dish will be super. Nice to see new video Mami. My husband and I love to watch your videos together. Love from Leicester, UK.

Mami, just made mor Kali today and packed for our long journey today and it came out well. And really enjoyed it for lunch, my husband loved it so much with the mor mulgai. Taste was top! Hello Mami and Sir, This may be a out of context question. Where is Venkata lodge in Kumbakonam? I did an internet search but i am unable to find it.
