Great sound! Love the French horn sound in brass bands, should be done more. As a UK brass player and conductor I really appreciate the quality of playing. Bravo.

French horn players have a special love in their hearts for John Williams. The man knew how to play to the strengths of the French horn.

There are a lot of great recordings of this solo on youtube but this is really stunning. Just when I thought I understood what "could" and "could not" be accomplished on piston vs. rotary-valve trumpets.

The performance is truly outstanding but the video editing is distracting and annoying. Recommendation? Listen to this truly great performance but don’t watch!

In addition to the too-frequent cuts, the editor missed a few key solos and section features, like the chimes at 3:20.
