He didn't conquer them alone, he had an army too, and we don't know how strong Yorick's ghouls are lore-wise. No doubt Mordekaiser is immensely powerful, but there's no real ground for comparison since Riot has done nothing with him for a long time

Yorick is literally immortal while Mordekaiser is revenant, Yorick can bring back those dead man with maiden that follows him, while Mordekaiser can't, but Yorick is made of flesh while Mordekaiser is iron, so this would be interesting fight

@@Sztywny125 Yorick is NOT immortal, hes lived a long time but hes not immortal dude (So is mordekaiser actually, but hes existed Far longer and has some control over the death realm). And yes, Yorick can bring back *Corpses* but their souls are most likely At the hands of mordekaiser, the finest of which serves him in his eternal army that he plans to unleash onto runetera once he gets bored and decides to return.

He IS afraid of death, but not in biological sense. Mordekaiser is scared and anxious of being forgotten. He wanted to be praised in the afterlife, something like what happens in Valhalla, but instead was met by withering souls, who screamed in agony, slowly decaying into the very thing he is afraid - nothingness. Only his will kept his soul intact, slowly giving him an ability to control the Death Realm. Or at least that's what I can remember from his origin story.

All he wanted is to have a big party in the after life and all he got is the reminder the after life is still not full enough

His claims is nothing and just big talk if he have no proof of which nation he have conquered. The only known nation that have history with Mordekaiser is Noxus , and Vladimir and his Noxii tribe defended it from Mordekaiser's conquest.

He is living armor, slow and durable but he will get overwhelmed easly unlike Aatrox who kills everything and takes their flesh to grow stronger. Mordekaiser has weaknesses while Aatrox doesnt. Aatrox becomes unstoppable in huge battles, and in 1v1s he is unbeatable cause no one can match his Greatsword, his skill, his speed, strength, his experience, his willpower and motivation. He even has wings to catch ranged enemies. Only true gods like Aurelion and Watchers can defeat him. Mordekaisers true power lies within his army. Without it he is like Yorick but better warrior.

Viego is an early game boss that gets reused as a common enemy late game. Mordekaiser is Sephiroth.

@@motivateddad Idk, Morde has more build up for sure but both times he’s died he died to random soldiers/people, Viego requires a direct counter to actually be suppressed and yes, only suppressed as there seems to not be a sure way to kill him right now. Viego is a lot stronger than he looks, he was able to make some stronger champs submit to him like Pantheon, so I’d at least put him above aspect level. He also got control of Karma who is a very powerful Ionian spirit, so even the spirit realm isn’t safe from him. And yes, all of the ruined skins are canon, so we know Viego is not a early game boss pushover.

@@chadachi3970 Did you even read Morde's lore? It took the WHOLE Runeterra uniting to stand a CHANCE against him, AND a high-ranking traitor to "stop" him. And Morde LET them defeat him for it was only a part of his plan to prepare for his final plan.

@@motivateddad Yes but it wasn't because Morde himself was able to do all that, he was able to do it with an entire army behind him which speaks more towards his charisma and power as a leader. Of course now after death with his will alone he essentially became the god of death, but the fact that a single 16 year old girl would dumpster him in a fight with her abilities shows that he really isn't that big of a deal if that power could be weaponized and replicated, and considering metal bending doesn't seem like it would be harder to teach than idk... blood magic, eventually that ability would be able to be taught to other people, effectively making Morde a non-issue permanently unless he somehow found a way to counter that while being dead, which is unlikely.

There's also the fact that Morde could never actually stand up to other threats like Fiddlesticks, the Void, the Darkin, the Celestials and Asol just to name a few. Considering Viego broke Pantheon of all people and made him his bitch, I'm pretty sure Viego with his potential army could take on Morde and his potential army. Also just note that Sephiroth isn't even the strongest boss in FF7, it's Ruby Weapon, but that's purely from gameplay standpoint which is how I referred to it anyways.

It's not like they don't respect him, it's just the *Don't* know him. I mean to all other runeterra people he is just a weird big moving armour while they have something like galio the magic repelling colossus who comes to life just to superman dives into battle, fiddlestick *The* fear demon who terrorised any of those unfortunate to come across it leaving few to tell the tale, and *the literal manifestation of the void as a manta ray woman, Bel'veth* . The people who do know him are either dead or in hiding

At Mordekaiser highest reign, people of Runeterra were more afraid of Vladimir than they were afraid of Mordekaiser. And when LeBlanc cut the ties of Mordekaiser's magic in the Immortal Bastion, Vladimir lead the old Noxii tribe and raid Mordekaiser's domain.

Thought admittedly the plan of using an angsty teenage metalmancer against Morde is nothing short of silly and much below what supposedly should be LeBlanc's tactical genius, Rell's powers however do allow her to technically manipulate Mordekaiser's physical vessel: she's far too weak to defeat him permanently, she's just here to disconnect his controller.

LB is hopeful that rell can kinda halt mordekaisers physical body, but we all know she cant. and since LB, the all knowing bitch, doesnt know how to stop morde, his story will be glorious. and hopefully filled with metal... and death

If Rell and Morde meet, it will probably be kind of a though battle for Rell, but she might also just curl him into a ball and toss him in the ocean and he pops back into his death realm all like "...wtf was that...gotta fix that!" Then, the next time he comes back, Rell won't be able to manipulate his armor cuz he has learned from his mistakes. Rell can only defeat him once, thus just delaying the inevitable return.

LeBlanc and the Black Ross got a lot of L in recent lore. When Swain claimed he had already won, it isn't an emtpy boast. The lore from Rell, Samira, Riven, Annie, and Vlad proves LeBlanc isn't as clever as she think she is.

yorick is one of the few characters in this that can actually make that threat without it ringing hollow. his mastery over the dead does indeed hold a candle or two to mordekaiser in the lore, and as long as he wears the vial of blessed water, he cannot die to mordekaiser.
