I was watching this video when my grandsons joined me - ages 5 and 8. They were fascinating and now today the 5 year old said, "Let's watch more of those card videos with your best friend Jennifer." I did not know Distress Oxide worked as a resist! Thanks for another fun and informative video! I truly appreciate your videos, I watch them over & over and have had so much fun creating with your tutorials. I also looked into donating cards to hospitals and nursing homes based on your 'cards for kindness' My granddaughter loves to make cards & donate them with me...You have been a positive influence in my life & I just wanted to say Thanks! ( I should've sent a card!) :)

You come up with the greatest ideas for mixing and matching inks - these plaids are amazing - I like using plaids as backgrounds on masculine cards - and like birds and butterflies on cards - thanks for sharing your creativity - you are the best - you explain everything so well - love, love it

Jennifer, I am always amazed at everything you create, but more so at all the tools you have. This question is probably stupid, but how do you remember all the different dies and sentiments you have in your "stash"? You always come up with the perfect one for your creation. I have a lot of tools and sometimes I don't think I used them effectively.

The pricing on the new Simon Says birds set is shocking. It’s twice what I paid for the spring birds set. I wish they hadn’t included the large sentiment stamps and their dies. That’s essentially an extra set and looks to account for the doubling of the price.

The set was sold out but I saw the price, too. I think these would lend themselves well to fussy cutting, so I got the stamps without the dies. Much more affordable. I don't often fussy cut, but these look simple enough.

Would the Catherine Pooler inks work like the distress, since it is a hybrid ink with pigment ink?

I tried both of these techniques and my snowflakes never showed up. Was my dye ink too dark? What did I do wrong? My white pigment didn’t show up either
