In this new video, we will be touring two beautiful cities, which are some of the most affordable in all of Florida. I will be giving you all the details and what these cities offer, from shops, restaurants, main avenues, hospitals and more. Also, we will be touring in both cities a house option to live. The properties that I will be showing you are brand new, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a little over 1,300 square feet and no hoa or cdd, so you should not worry about extra expenses.

I was looking forward to a comparison of both towns good price for home in ocala looking forward to touring these homes next year thanks for the video by the way nice outfit green is in this season look like it came from he steps store at florida Mall. By the way what is this model called.

Ocala wins hands down. The home in Inverness looks like a home you would find in Long Island.

Im on board with Inverness. IMO it has gotten overcrowded to quick and more like an Orlando Tampa now. Each city has good and bad places but she does a nice job presenting.

Nice job. La casa en Invernes, la cocina es pequeña y la estufa está en un rincón, hace ver la cocina oscura y triste, la nevera es pequeña como para un apartamento, la tapa de la bahía tienes esquinas peligrosas para los niños. La casa de Ocala si está bien distribuida y acogedora.

Because of so many advertising the area and telling their family and friends it has caused prices of homes to increase dramatically. Just a couple years ago homes were $185k on average. When you discover a low cost paradise area keep quiet about it and don't educate the realtors and don't them them how expensive homes are where you are from. The less they know the better
