I am so sorry to hear of what Ambree and you both are going through. How absolutely frustrating. It's not right at all that they just 'used the previous measurements'. She should have been re-measured at the time of ordering the new brace. Children are always growing. I hope it can be remedied and that her sores heal and she gets more comfortable soon.🌷

You two are so wonderful and speak such great things.. I say hello to ppl on the streets and ppl are so shocked some say hi some don’t .. I feel for Ambree it must be a super tough situation with how long she needs to wear that brace.. Ender is such a great character.. he is just a unique kid .. all your kids are great !! Oh wow I hope they get the brace figured out my goodness and it was so cute and Ender dancer, with a redheaded girl. How cute is that and yes Smile I remember my grandpa telling me to smile while I sang and I remember how hard I thought that was now I smile while I sing.

I’m praying for Ambree to hang on through the hard stuff. Having scoliosis myself I know how it can be to deal with pain. I am grateful there are alternatives to surgery or just living with it. I wish I had been able to have the technology when I was her age. I love that someone remembered you noticing them. I know how it is to feel unseen. It’s why I make a point to say something nice to anyone who is serving others. I seek out the sample people at Costco to tell them to have a blessed day and thanks for serving samples. Also why I don’t like self checkout. I want to be able to say a kind word to the cashiers. You never know when your kind word can make the difference between a good day or bad one for that person.

Thank you for sharing this journey my daughter has just been diagnosed with scolosis and I am watching all your videos about scoliosis to learn more and what to expect in this process ❤. I know every journey is different but is nice to learn things from other that are in the same situation.

My friend’s little girl from the time she was six months until a whole year she was in a cast because of her spine was so curved. The brace wasn’t working so she had to go in and get a metal rod put in her back. She’s doing way better now than she ever has.

The brace makes it worse because it weakens the muscles and causes bone spurs, disc degeneration, kidney damage, cardiovascular stress and limited breathing. The 9 minutes per day of essential back exercises will protect Her back better than the brace.

there are other therapies for scoliosis that can go along with the brace that might help too if you look into it i know you might not want to but i just letting you know that there are other therapies

You mentioned people overly involved with their phones and not noticing other people. I saw two teenagers at church sitting next to each other. They were texting people. They were NOT talking to each other.

I feel like that in the US and Canada people interact with eachother way more even if they are completely strangers. So often you hear a hello how are you doing ... that is something that you barely never have over here in europe. If you do this here people look at you like you are crazy 😂🤣

Doesn’t Zada have scoliosis also? I keep hearing about Ambree & her scoliosis updates but, not Zade. As far as I can, remember, he also got a back brace the same time Ambree did & I feel like after that we heard nothing more about Zade’s scoliosis. You can’t tell me that he miraculously got cured unless you don’t wanna brag because, other people are not that fortunate with illnesses and diseases. We all know that that’s not the case.

Sorry, to me, it sounds like they're cutting corners to save themselves work, time and money and not caring for Ambry properly. Who is responsible for taking measurements? Who is responsible for making sure the brace is not made in reverse? Who is responsible for making sure it fits properly? They should pay for the new brace. How are they still in business? I'd find somebody else even if it means going out of state.

You need another opinion for Ambree. I had a daughter with a congenital defect she needed surgery I wanted her to get the procedure done where they taught and did a lot. You are near University of Utah I went to a University hospital near me. The Best decision I ever did. 24 years later she has children and never another problem. Consider a second opinion for Ambree sake.

So what ? She will need an other brace ! You are frustrated because it will cost you a lot ? TOTALLY FREE IN QUEBEC CANADA…you will needs 2 or 3 or 7 braces totally free , you will never know how much it cost, you will never receive a bill at home , no need to be approved. To fun part is you still bash on us we pay lot of taxes , maybe but our universal healthcare system cost around 132 $ à mouth on our taxes .
