I absolutely love the barnyard pack, only things I say would be missing are rabbits and some kind of exhibit animal. I think some rats in a big cage would be perfect, considering pet rats are very affectionate and love to be pet, and rats in general are also associated with farms (mainly as a pest eating the grains, but still, domesticated pet rats exist and are amazing).

lol leaf, hay is any grass, legumes, or herbaceous plants cut and dried to be used as animal feed, while straw is the dry stalks of cereal plants ( barley, oats, rye, wheat, etc.) with the grain and chaff removed, it can be used as fodder or bedding. Color green or yellow just tells you the stage of the drying process. So frontier is fine keeping it as a hay bale, just depends on if they intend to keep it as strictly fodder or if they want it to be bedding. 😁

The next dlc should be a marine species pack with the: -Walrus (Obodenus rosmarus) -Beluga whale (Delphinapterus leucas) -Common sawfish (Pristis pristis) -American white pelican (Pelecanus erythrorhynchos) -Whale shark (Rhincodon typus) -Sea otter (Enhydra lutris) -Peacock mantis shrimp (Odontodactylus scyllarus) -West Indian manatee (Trichechus manatus)

I'll be honest, I was left slightly disappointed by the Highland Cattle... I expected it to be a bit less "smooth" However, it's still pretty good and it's great to finally have one of the best breeds of domestic cattle in game

pretty sure this pack will get me back into planet zoo. I love the simplicity of it and how much fun you can have with the design of a 'barnyard' or farm-esque area. though i know me and i will probably end up looking more realistic than anything 😄but it will be fun to use the new walkthrough mechanics as well!

Thank you for the clarification that this is not the last pack. I was confused since everyone was saying this was the last pack on the steam community page. Good to know there is maybe a chance at birds. I am in love the props so far and am hoping everything has some good color morphs.

I've seen some NH farmers here where I live have the Scottish Highland Cattle on their farms I've seen them grazing in the pastures when going on family road trips

I feel this pack was miss opportunity to have a “all over the world” pack and instead of having just British breed have more breed from other continents, like the Watussi cattle instead of the Highland, the Vietnamese or potbelly pig ecc. Also I would have take a rabbit or the Guinea pig instead of the sheep or the donkey

Would've been awesome if Frontier added the Suri coat for the alpacas. The alpaca we're getting is the Huacaya breed(fluffy cloud). The Suri has much more of a dreadlock look to their fleece.

Im really hoping for the goats that with there coat variants that there is 1 with a blue eye morph, and that we could get different color combos for donkeys, and just more color morphs in general with everything

While I can understand why some people would be disappointed if this was the final DLC for Planet Zoo, I really don't see any reason for the backlash, however little it might be. Sure, the Highland cow could be shaggier, but this pack shows that Frontier is still listening to the community all these years later; most video game companies either wait until the sequel or completely brush player feedback off entirely.

Even tho many players still want birds, a farm animal pack is always a win in my books. Also super excited that this introduces some form of petting or interaction mechanic, and love all the barnyard props. Finally I can have a barrel that is not made up of like 400 pieces of other props!

Now that they have finally been open (kind of forced due to the negative response) I can truly enjoy this pack. I love the idea of a barnyard pack, but wouldn't have liked it to be the final PZ pack ever. So happy I can enjoy the pack now.

This pack is kind of a half and half pack. Not quite as many animals, and less scenery than normal. I was hoping we'd get at least one! The one thing I'm excited about, is all the mods that will be made out of these. Rhode Island Red Chickens, Leghorn Chickens, Suffolk Sheep, nubian goat, Vietnamese Pot Belly pig, Iberian pig, possibly even a remastered vicuna using the Alpaca rig.

@@LeafProductions But you can't deny that people WERE saying it was the last one. Last "confirmed" doesn't mean anything either. As was clearly the case with AT LEAST one more, which means "only one more" about as much as "last confirmed" does. Yet people will take that "at LEAST one more" and blow it all out of shape. Besides, you know how worked up people get. I'm talking mostly about the Steam page and all the people who got their information from KZfaqrs saying it was the last pack ever. My point is, don't spread information at ALL until we know for sure.

Bu this whole "last DLC" has been around for over a year. Imo just enjoy what you got. PZ has received a lot attention compared to other games. All of this is a lovely extra.

There is a handful of animals I'd like to see in the game still first an African Leopard, next Baboons different species Olive, Cape, Yellow and I think it would be cool to see the Shoebill as well.

I wonder if we're gonna get a barn shelter, like a frontier one. People have made a few in the planet zoo workshop, but tbh they always lag my game and they're way too huge for my enclosures. I'd love to have one from frontier to use especially for the horse and cow mods!

Those of us not interested in this pack still aren’t interested, but a lot of people were really upset by the idea that this of all things might be the last one, with confirmation there will be more DLC, those people aren’t as upset.
