The erdtree heal makes the healing flask obsolete

It's so much better just using Holy Vow and Flame Grant ME Strength. Throw Howl of Shabriri on for even more, and that will be your only thing reducing defense, and countered with crab meat. On top of all that, you forfeit most of your talisman slots just for a slightly better heal, by which I mean at 60 vigor, you STILL have to do a double drink if really low on health... Having +10 to all stats (and at the cost if substantially more damage) at that level and higher is almost pointless too. Basically, these are bad setups.

You cannot pair two of the same talismans

Ngl this is both informative and fucking worthless. The stats he gives are important but most are obfuscated because it's in a weird build format. Here's some real tips: •All stats soft cap at soft cap at 80. So ehen applying stat buff have it considered. •Max (lvl 12) flasks can full restore fp to lvl 38 mind. That makes a practical capacity cap unless you're doing a weird build. •Spell casting speed is affected by Dex to a lvl of 70. Radagons icon boost by and equivalent of 30 lvls, and star dust performs the full 70 lvls BUT ata cost of more damage taken. •Endurance raises carry weight which determines your roll type to weight ratio. Check online chart to min/max at a heavier end of your preferred loadout. •Heavy rolls are okay if you substitute damage levitation. These can be skill dodges like bloodhound step, the new glintstone teleport, or shield builds (high stamina recommended). •Summons can be effected by healing spells with varying effectiveness basedon health. Mimic tear on the other hand can copy not only spells but also consumables with infinite uses (except flask) this includes: raw meat dumpling (50% heal & mimics are immune to poison), damage pots & throwing knives, greases & healing stones, ect. Beware mimics are illogical on use of given equipment. •Human based mimics are vastly more responsive to using dodges and equipment moves, but non-humans will have more unique skills of enemies. •SotE iris of grace & occulation are for unique npcs thar can be found dying. Grace will always orovide their summons while occult will give weapons. •if trying to level to ridiculous levels then be sure to ng+ atleast once. Ng+ will double all rune source with the next providing only 15% boost to a max of ng+7. Beware difficulty will also increase. These are tips that are simple but incredibly valuable for any and all players.
