Naming her Rowankit actually makes a lot of sense. I mean, Tawnypelt named her son after a terrible leader. He’s just following tradition.

So dovewing is the only female pov she-cat to have 2 biological litters of kits and I find it kind of interesting. We have somewhat speculated about dovewing becoming a full time nursery queen, and she has already shown to be the "heart" in shadowclan. And when we consider that she had to grow up at a young age because of her powers and having so much pressure put on her it actually thematically makes sense. I also like the prefix rowan, not rowanclaw, but rowan in general. It's cute. Although missed opportunity not naming her tawny kit you cowards. If we have to choose between tigerstars parents there is no competition. We also now have a birchfall clone. We joke about tigerstar clones, but she only had 1 tigerstar clone. The rest have been dark dovewing clones with their Grey fur. And now a birchfall clone.

I like to think that birchfall started to cry when he learned that his daughter named her kit after him

Italian Shadowsight is the best. xD "MA, YOU CAN'T BE SO VAGUE, MA!" I also enjoy the thicker outline of each character, it makes it look more cartoony.

I find it hilarious that both Rowanclaw and Rowankit started as She-cat's and switched to toms halfway through their lives. I think that's just a thing for cats with that prefix now

As silly as it is for her to name her kit after a still living parent, it's also kind of nice that they're acknowledging her parents at all. I don't think they've really been mentioned since she left thunderclan.

I do find it rather cute that Tigerstar and Dovewing named their new litter after their father's. It's just a little background detail but I love little things like that lol.

While I absolutely adore Dovewing’s kits already (both litters actually), can we talk about Spotfur’s too?? Stemkit, Bristlekit, and Graykit. They’ve got a lot to live up to… well, Bristlekit and Graykit have a lot to live up to, so we might have another Flamepaw on our hands already. But also. Man is that just so cute. I love legacy naming, but _alongside_ original names. Like Tiger Dawn and Flame, one legacy and two non. Although it makes sense for Spotfur to honor -her wife- her husband and the other two important TC cats.

Dovewing has been around so much loud noises through her life that she can literally sleep through anything.

Aw I kinda like the idea of dove being a fluffy queen! She did a lot of adventuring and had to deal with a lot of stress..she totally deserves to be happy for while and chill with her babies. Except the timing of the litter is rather awkward..
