Your car is so cool.. I'm curious. There are two types of amg gts genuine spoilers: a variable spoiler and a fixed wing. Are the size of the lower base plate the same for both types? And one more thing... Did you upgrade the size of the indoor monitor?

As long as the weather-stripping is aligned correctly, you shouldn’t have any issues

Just got a gtc I'm going to be adding a wing. Great Vid... Did you need to make any additional steps with the programming so the car does not throw any codes when it tries to deploy the automatic wing that came stock?

If you have the wing with the motor, you basically have to do a motor delete. My car has the aerodynamics package so the wing was static (no motor) making it easier to replace

I know this is an old video, but hoping you'll see this and respond. I recently got a pre-facelift GTS (2016) and am looking at adding some carbon fiber parts. The 2 companies I've been looking at are RW Carbon and DarwinPro. Just curious, what made you go with the RW Carbon wing when you had already done the rear bumper/diffuser from DarwinPro? Since you have parts from both, I was wondering A) if you feel like one company seems to have better quality than the other and B) how does the carbon match on your parts from the two companies? I'm actually leaning towards doing the opposite as you did in that I think I prefer the "single hump" design of the DP wing and the slightly more understated look of the RW diffuser, but wanted to get your advice. Most important thing to me is that the weave/finish of all parts is a good match. If not, I'll pick one company to source everything from. Thanks.

@@Amgenetics i said we live in a different state not a different country hahaha so price should be within similar range. For example if you helped with a price (say $1000) i would then know if someone else gave me $2000 that he is over priced And same if someone quoted me $1200-1300 it would be good price. Similarly if you got a discount you could also say. Usually it’s X but i paid Y.. anyways like i said thanks for your helpful answers
