I watched Sherlock for the first time maybe a year ago because my mom and I were watching Black Panther and she pointed out how Martin Freeman played John Watson in Sherlock. I didn't care at first, but then I got curious on what Sherlock was. Now it's my favorite show and I rewatch the episodes from time to time again.
