Thanks for sharing these videos Raphael! I also started playing roughly 1 year ago as a beginner and am now playing 2-3x per week, as well with classes, in México. Such a great sport and all your training videos help definitely to finetune some details which make a big difference in the game. Keep it up!

Raph, I like this coach a lot but I think Jose Luis Lara has something special about him in the way he teaches ideas and concepts in padel (I don't think I'm the only person who found him exceptional to watch, either!) Obviously it's good to get ideas and advice from different people but I hope you do more videos with JLL soon

It's great to see this repetition of the shot to get a good idea for what you're aiming for, I just have around 10 matches and when I have an easy ball I fck it up in the glass probably because I'm going more forward with a racket and not from above a lot and when I hit it well the sound of a racket sounds much better as well like in this video. It's an amazing sport, seems easy but it's actually a challenge because there's so many techniques. Love the videos keep going and sharing definitely gonna subscribe!! 🎉

Gran lección. Creo que lo que todavía le falta a este chico es que se está preparando con la raqueta demasiado baja. Debe iniciar el movimiento con la raqueta más arriba para golpear la pelota con fuerza y corte. Como lo hace ahora, se mueve casi horizontalmente, obteniendo el corte del movimiento de atrás hacia adelante y cuando agregas mucha velocidad esto es muy difícil de hacer y la pelota tiende a volar horizontalmente.

Again great video!! Btw i have a question does the metalbone control that juli uses have some power to? Im looking for a racket that has some good control and power ( i am intermediate lvl )

Thank you ! Yes you can generate a lot of power with it without a doubt! You can see a girl playing with this one ( I forgot her name, she is one of the best players ) and she smashes with it without a problem

I think they need to remind you about the continental grip, you are using mostly front hand western grip and for that your volleys looks like floating a bit Change the grip to continental and you'll see the difference Vamos 🔥
