Today, Tension Climbing's Brand Director, Michael Rosato gives a thorough overview of the campus board and the benefits of using it as a climbing training tool. Michael then leads a campus routine containing a broad spectrum of exercises that target certain climbing skills (max power, dead-pointing, finger strength, coordination, etc.) while Quinn Spadafora follows along and adds a few campus exercises of his own. We encourage you to modify any of these exercises to your current climbing experience!
