After seeing the results of painting the Angel Wings I decided it needed more - they did not appear strong or powerful enough to be Angel Wings in my opinion.
Today I set out to achieve that by applying more of the modeling paste to both build up the feathers - making some wider and / or longer - and even adding more so that they are more robust.
This video does not include the entire process as it would take much to long - even sped up, however i zoomed in order to show you the technique I used to achieve the definition of the feathers, (using various palette knives).
In 2-3 days, when they are well dried, I will then paint them, one feather at a time.
