Some constructive criticism, I think the army overviews could be improved a lot. Having a shot of both players talking about their armies is great, but I'd like some more shots of the actual models in between them. Especially beginning with a shot of the complete army would help a lot.

When doing the list descriptions either cut to a shot of the forces and point out each one or have some b-roll. It's not only nice to see the armies ahead of time, but it helps get a good idea of how each person built their list. Also, the intro is perfect, especially with the WIP text. DO NOT CHANGE

Ok this is a sign. I just got Sisters of Battle and the "Know No Fear" box with Death Guard is on the way. I've never actually played a game before so I'm taking this as inspiration to actually play once things are back to normal. Gives me time to paint them...

It's lovely having things like this to watch during isolation. I used to love the battle reports in White Dwarf, but I only just got into video reports. Keep up the good work!

Excellent video Unvle Atom. Nice intro, easy to see the dice, clear what model is doing what. The title cards for eac6phase could be up for a shorter period of time I think except the movement. It would be nice if when the movement one was up if we could actually see the movement more clearly but still speeded up. Brilliant job though particularly how clear everything is. It was really good to have the sisters that charged shown doing their thing too.

Awesome batrep. A step up from the last but just as fun and enjoyable. Looking forward to seeing more. Would be great to see both teams before depoyment but I really enjoyed the battle.

Ive truly enjoyed both batreps so far. Really starting to see why folks like Death Guard.

Don't forget you can pile in and consolidate at 38:13 but you can only attack charged models if you charged! Useful to tie up other models for the next phase or to get closer to other models for the next phase. Good battle report and hail the Death Guard! Grandfather Nurgle loves you, don't forget that!

Thanks Uncle Adam....that was a lot of fun to watch, I have no experience playing these types of games , so I didn't know a lot of what you guys were doing, but I was able to follow along OK...I'm mostly a collector and painted of minis and hoping to eventually become a commission painter.

Thanks for this video! I had yet to watch a Kill-Team battle report by anyone! Nice terrain set up. Is the board vacumm-formed styrene? Seeing how the game plays I am reminded in many ways of WH40k 2nd edition, with the detailed, individual figure approach. Still , looks like a lot of fun, particularly the modelling aspect, with a taste of every faction possible, the modelling options are what I like. When the current disruption ends I think I'm getting at least the basic rulebook as I have a silly variety and number of models to build several kill-teams. I'll have to coax my brother-in-law as an opponent! I would suggest as constructive criticism, show each complete force, before deployment. Wicked intro ! Thanks again!

I have a hard time making it through bat reps but you and your opponent did well to make a bit better. Some bad dice and good dice but I think you were both good sports about it.

You should set up the armies beforehand so you can showcase them while you explain your list. I'd really like to see the models up close.

I think you got a few pieces of rule wrong. 1. When the flammer sister did her second injury roll, she had a flesh would and is obscured, which means she would have been taken out with 4+. 2. When supercharging a plasma gun, the gunner is only taken out on a unmodified hit roll of 1, not 1 and 2 because of the target is obscured.

I really enjoyed this. However I was only able to get through about half before motion sickness hit. Shaky cameras, in any video, trigger motion sickness for me.

I would say my one comment for improving the bat rep would be decreasing the length of the transitions between phases a bit. Love all the sound effects though. Also, I *need* to know what those metal dice that Jon is using at 9:28 are

I'm a Sisters player, but still really enjoyed the report. Miniature gaming is a dice game. On some days, it's just not meant to be. You have to pick yourself up, evaluate your list and move to the next game!

Sisters are great in melee versus Deathguard.

Great game! Just a note, against DG your heavy weapons are your only chance, so exposing your sister superior amd heavy flamer like that was a mistake, once they were gone you were fighting an uphill battle, try to protect them :)

Kill Team is sold/talked about as a gateway to full WH40K but after playing both I almost prefer the simplicity of full WH40K game. While the addition of the extra survivability of models, leveling up and specialties does make for more interesting combat in Kill Team. It (Kill Team) is in many ways more drawn out, a little more frustrating at times and sometimes more confusing than full WH40K with all of the additional stat tracking and counters. Just my two cents if someone is thinking about playing Kill Team or just jumping into full WH40K I would personally just steer them to full WH40K. One can always play smaller 50PL games in WH40K.

Man...those metal dice. Edit: I wrote this after his first roll, the sound of the flop. The vidual of them dropping into the dice tray. And there they sat. Not rolling at all lol. I'm glad he finally got rid of them, though I'm not a fan of the super square casino style dice either. Rounded gaming dice are the best imo

Still new to kill team myself but at 38:54 would you not factor in all the Battle Sisters within 2" of the wounded model when taking the Nerve test? Doing thing would have made some/if not all of his models pass their nerve check.

I laugh every time at the sound effects, they are awesome! Please never change them. And when presenting the teams and later during combat, please give them names and use them, or at least some catchy nicknames. It is difficult to follow if all are called "this lady" and "that guy". And it adds so much to the atmosphere if the models have more personality.

Hey mate, I think you are doing the kill rolls wrong! Wasn't it a kill roll for every hit that takes you below 1 Wound, not for each wound in the hit? Apart from that and the making the screens for separating phases shorter, cool report. And I'm loving the sound FX too. Cheers!
