Multi shuttle feeding is a very popular training method in badminton. By feeding multiple shuttles out of the hand you can train physcial abilities in a very badminton specific context. In this video I will show you 5 of my favourite multi exercises and explain how to implement them into your training!

Session Plans and Further Details:
In the video I only talk about a duration of of 6-10 shuttles (speed) or more than 16 (endurance) but of course it can also makes sense to take something in between to work on a mix of speed and endurance. Especially endurance Training is an extremly complex topic where you can train a lot of different areas so there are tons of different methods and ways to work on them. The numbers should just help you as a guideline what your are working on with a certain amount of shuttles. The promised session plans with examples will follow soon, as I couldn't finish them in time.

you have lot of knowledge about badminton, but the only difference is, In Europe Badminton is not popular sport, so it will take time to get recognition. i am from india, and went for a National training for 3 months, i can find some difference in your explanation which i feel is more effective than asiatic countries, where they focus on quantity than quality and also they get trained for 6 days a week, which leads to lot of injuries, if 1000 gets trained only one gets in to the nationals.

We actually use many different country names for jump and footwork techniques as there are a lot of similiarities in the playing styles. For example we call the sideway jumps from side to side also Indo style as there a lot of indonesian double players that are amazing in that movement and they use it a lot. Of course it is nothing exclusive for one country and there are also Indonesian pairs that play a different style but I think it can help to structure types of movement with country names ;)

I think the best thing you can do from home is watching world class matches and observe what the players are doing in what situations
