You don’t need to size down in any of the pieces sis. The blue one could have used a bigger size. But the piece hug the right places and are not too tight. 2x-3x your perfect size

Wash the green baby-t in cold water (hand wash is best) and hang to dry. No shrinkage and it helps preserve the rich color!
