Have you tried the pseudo scallops from shark fins ? I have heard that it is difficult to tell the difference. Those and a large cray, some garlic butter and I would definitely need a nap! ! !

Omg, I'm so hungry watching that rock lobster being cooked , your killing me lol.... Having been born in Barbados and living many years in quite a few West-Indian Islands , I love seeing what you are doing .The marine ecology is so fragile and beautiful , it becomes breathtaking when your in it. I found it a little humerus with some people freaking out about you being in water with sharks , most who have grown up in the Caribbean are far more leery and very watchful of Barracuda then having a shark near by , that and if its a shark especially there , Hammer Heads are very nasty , unpredictable except during the yearly migration through the Bahamas , Barracuda on the other hand will and have attacked without any provocation ..... Keep up the great videos guys ....
