I was with one other guy, fixing a grain dryer and had to move a cooling hose from one side of the ladder to the other side at the very top just over 100ft off the ground (approx 30 meters). While my partner was on the outside of the dryer, I had to crawl in the roof hatch and hold the bolts while he pulled the nuts off from the outside. I slid down the inner roof, and caught myself on channel supports but the bolts I had to hold were still under my feet. I threw my legs up on the rolled angle and hung upside down 100 feet off the ground with no harness. Luckiest day of my life.

The ball needs to be out of reach to be a ground rule double, since the ball got stuck, the umpire will call a "lodged ball" and the batter goes back.
