Yeah, love that it points out A. hes aware of it not being real and isnt very worried in that particular sense and B. a sort of trope or cliche that happens (a similar still happens when harcourt sees him talking to his dad) and it kinda makes fun of it

Agreed. I have serious 'superhero fatigue' from all these MCU movies in the last 5 years but John Cena's performance is so good that I would happily pay money to see a Peacemaker movie (or at least another few seasons of his TV series).
