I use Garofalo pasta,if it says 12 minutes on the pkg that's when it will be done also pasta is superior sauce sticks like glue.

This looks really delicious and I am sure it is because you are a great cook. Unfortunately I have a very sensitive palate and can’t take spicy stuff. The painting is great. Get a nice frame and hang it in the kitchen.😊
