This isn't actually true (in the USA). I've had a lot of clients who were felons and had protection orders held against them, and none are ever given the protecee's information. In the event that the person violates said protectee's radius, they're totally fine to continue with what they were doing, as long as they don't become aware of the protectee's presence in the area. If they do become aware, they must immediately leave, assuming it is possible to do so. If it is not, then the protectee must leave (this mostly occurs when the protectee innocently walks into the offender's place of work; offender can't leave or they'll be fired, and protectee can use that to "counterstalk" or "counterharass" their offender.) Just think about it for two seconds. If it worked any other way, the offender would literally have to uproot their entire life and move away, otherwise they'd be at risk of violating just by going to the damn grocery store. In the case of internet stalking, again, still no information is given to the offender. Usually a tracking device will be used to monitor their internet activity, or in very serious cases they may be barred from using the internet entirely. This can be checked at any time by local law enforcement, the protectee's lawer, and the court. Home and work sweeps will randomly be conducted by local law enforcement to verify no further devices exist. I am not defending these types of offenders, I am just correcting an inaccuracy so that if someone who reads it NEEDS to get one, they won't be deterred by the misinformation.

That is not at all why Serial Killers leave Calling Cards and not every Serial Killer that has been caught, was caught because they wanted to be caught. That is dumb and ridiculous. Get some more experience in the true crime field before thinking you know it all. I have been into True Crime for about 30 years now and I have a really good knowledge of True Crime and I am always learning and adding to my knowledge. Sometimes you can know something, but not everything about it. Like yes some serial killers leave calling cards, maybe you saw one that did it to play games with Police or because they wanted to be caught. Doesn’t mean every case goes that way or every serial killer is that way. Although it is true that some do want to be caught or have the need to tell someone, that is not why most get caught. They get caught because some Police are good at their job and actually catch them. Some serial killers do leave calling cards. And of those, yes, some are for the Police or to be like hey you cant get me. But there are different types of calling cards. It is not always a physical thing. It could be the way they do it, a mark they leave, or anything really. A lot of serial killers take trophies. If one took a clump of hair for example at the front of the head as a trophy, the Police could say his calling card is missing hair at the front of the head.

I mean, at this point my suggestion is to find someone else who's just like them, get them obsessed with you, then tell them both you will only love them if they successfully off the other one, then call the cops on the victor. Either they decide its not worth it and give up, or they do it and go to prison forever and you can claim it was their delirium if you can tell them in a way that can't be tracked. Stories like yours make me not want to be with people, not because I don't want to be in your position, but because I don't want to be in theirs. The way I was treated growing up made me get kinda obsessive about people who are nice to me, and I've always recognized it and kept it reigned in. But finding these stories has made me think about the idea of not doing that anymore, and that is terrifying. It probably would never happen, I like to think of myself as a stable individual who is more than my feelings, but it's still an unsettling thought nonetheless.

Ok, but my real suggestion is to get a Bible (I assume you know where he lives) and place an obvious bookmark on Psalm 28 in it, and leave it on his front porch, with a note on top of it making it clear its from you. If you think this is random, read that passage yourself and decide for yourself.

I really like this idea, and while you may be able to float this idea to a developer on Twitter or something, and see what they say, even if they aren't interested in taking it up as a project they might have some feedback on how you could make it happen. Off the top of my head, I think the easiest way you could implement this concept would be to go to Mastodon and run a server dedicated to just that. I don't know the particular details about what that would require, and if you've never heard of Mastodon the best way I can describe it is that it's Twitter, but open source. Both in the software sense and that it's not run by one big company, but by individual people. Again, no idea of what doing would entail, I'm rarely on Mastodon tbh, it's just the best way I can think of for you to take the matter into your own hands rather than just wishing it would happen. I think that with the way the internet is going, we need more things like this in general, so please do look into this. Hope my ideas help in some way ^_^

Legally blind person chiming in there's screenreaders, that help you identify things, and it's all in accessibility settings. There's keystrokes for just about everything so not being able to see the pointer isn't an issue. And that's just what I'm aware of, my vision is still good enough that I've never needed to go any deeper than that, someone else who's fully blind might be might be able to chime in with more. Screenreaders can't make sense of images though, when a screen reader cursor comes to an image it just gives the file name, that's why you'll see people making up descriptions for videos and pictures and whatnot. So if you have the energy to do that for even just one funny pic or something, then please do so, even if you're worried about getting it wrong, what little you can do helps a lot.
