*The financial market is pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.*

this is so true because despite my lack of investing knowledge, I started investing before the pandemic and pulled in a profit of approximately 950k that same year. In reality, all I was doing was getting professional advice.

Thank you, Ryan!!! I am having a pilates business for people who never done any sports in their lives. Mostly women in their 40ies or 50ies. It takes a little bit of time to understand who your perfect customer is. In the beginning many advisors asked me who is demographic. I really did not know, because I could not imagine who I will attract. Now I see it is mostly very smart ladies, teachers, doctors, small biz owners who were afraid to go the gym because they are in a bad shape. I understand them very well, because I was the same. It makes me so happy to see that they get healthier month after month, year after year and I am slowly getting the picture how to do proper marketing to attract my perfect client. It is just a tip for beginners, you do not know everything when you start. Just keep doing and answers will find you. Thank you, Ryan!

Create trust 1. Dress well 2. Eye contact 3. Smile/Enthusiast to sell what you have 4. Encourage them to talk about themselves 3. The pitch 1. You need to understand their situation 1. What the pain point: Things they can’t achieve, what you can offer them 2. Price point : What their limit versus yours to maximise gains and minimize losses 3. Who is the decision maker ? Save your time 2. You need to close pitch with 1. Deliverables 2. Key stakeholders 3. Timeframe 4. The demo : show them that you can provide them what they need 1. Example : portfolio, camera, ipad, clients, projets, equipement, inclure ton entourage 5. Negotiating/ Objection: 1. Product, time, money, stall or other 1. Product : What can be something you are looking for 2. Money: What could be you budget ? Adjust the time/effort put in work to find middle ground 2. First step, agree with the prospect 3. Is there other reason you wouldn’t go forward, isolate the issue 6. Close the sell 1. Follow up 2. Follow through 3. Follow Back
