14:12 As someone who is chronically ill with autoimmune disorders to the point of disability during flare ups- this response was so refreshing to hear. Very professional and positive while still voicing the perspective of “it’s their disability, while suggestions can be helpful, they most likely know their abilities and options without suggestions” because trust me when someone who doesn’t deal with what I do tries to explain to me how to fix it and ask if I’ve tried “such and such” it can become tiresome. So I just wanted to say thank you for that. A breath of fresh air.
